Leland McNabb concentrates his practice in litigation. His experience
includes trying controversies in many areas of law: personal
injury, professional malpractice, governmental tort liability, products
liability,
transportation/trucking, insurance coverage, insurance fraud, commodities, and state
taxation. Early in his legal career Leland was a state prosecutor and
tried a number of capital cases. Since 1980, Leland has been engaged exclusively in civil practice. He co-authored "Civil Trial
Procedure in Tennessee," 1995, for the National Business Institute.
